At its Regular Meeting on Wednesday, June 12, 2002, the Board of Directors approved a six-month GLOBEX^�System Fee Waiver for foreign exchange futures trades executed on handheld terminals. The effective date for the fee waiver will be Monday, July 1, 2002. The current foreign exchange futures GLOBEX System Fee of $0.25 per side per contract will be waived through Friday, January 3, 2003 for trades executed on the handheld terminals.
